Q How much webspace will i have for my website?
A All websites come with a standard 250mb webspace - 5 gig transfer allowance per month. You can choose to ugrade this at anytime.
Q Do i get my own email address?
A Yes all websites come with smtp pop3 for outlook and also webmail to view your mail from any pc.
Q How long will my site take to build and be published to the web?
A Depending on the size of your site and work load approx 1 week max, for small sites from 1 -3 pages around 3 days. (This may vary depending on how fast we recieve pictures and information for the pages from yourself.)
Q How long before i can view my website?
A You will recieve a preliminary graphic design and layout usually within 24-48 hrs after we have reiceved you information.
Q I have typed my web address in my browser and it says page not found?
A Once we have setup your domain it takes 48 - 72 hrs for the dns to propagate ( please ask, or refer to google for more information on this subject )
Q Will my site have a logo?
A Yes if your site requires it.
Q I need to make changes to my site how can i do this?
A We can update your site for a small charge per update as you require, prices on request.
Your second option is choose a cms content management or self management sytem when you purchase your website.
Q What is cms?
A Cms software installed on your site allowing you to login to your own admin panel and change pictures and information, this is very simular to a text editor with added features.
We will give you basic help and advice on using the editor on completion of your site.
Q Can you build a ecommerce store for pet accessories, etc
A Yes your store will be fully designed around the goods you are selling from clothing to electrical.
Q How much does my web domain cost to renew after the first year?
A If you haven`t upgraded your hosting it will cost £40 per year + 15 domain name renewal every 2 years.
